Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook sales are final and non-refundable. Once an eBook has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Books
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical book, you may request a return or exchange within a specified period as indicated during checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the book was damaged or incorrect.
